But I known the world is is full of differences.... I lit these all sorts of ways - I'm still playing around to figure out what I like best. The general idea for me has been to light them from above - mostly one umbrella pointed at the ceiling from *some* angle. Generally I try and keep the reflections out and the color in. It's funny how we all like something different - the 2nd one is my favorite because of the shallow DoF and the perfect cut broccoli (not easy btw!). However, that person who told me to go to Salento site? That site is really hard to navigate. I put the bruschette in and I don't like the light on that at all - I'm def. not going that way.
